This beautiful property, with to die for views, was brought to the market as a discreet listing as this was a second home for the owners who valued their privacy, however still wanted a strategy that did not compromise on the result achieved. The property was launched to the portals with a select number of images & interested parties, both those already registered & new, were carefully vetted before any further information was provided. We implemented a discreet social media campaign and shared the property with the many search agents we work with for their clients. Once qualified, buyers were provided with the brochure and video tour and, of course, a viewing appointment.
