Sold above asking price

Tyne Crescent had been on the market for seven weeks with the owners' previous agents and had only had one viewing. In the first week of marketing, we secured seven viewings. At the end of three weeks, we held an open house and sold the property for over asking price.

Our vendors have now completed a move to Italy and our buyers are happily making the house their own.
